This warranty is for manufacturer's defects only. Certain water softener components, such as the main piston, seal & spacers, and the brine valve will experience wear and tear during normal usage of the softener and may not be covered. Resin that has experienced unusual application conditions may not be covered.
Purchased a water softener. Had quite a few questions before and after purchase. Reid offered extremely detailed responses and replied very quickly. Made the buying and installing process less painful. Would defiantly recommend their products in the future.

Clack Meter Valves have an excellent reputation. Aquatell did a good job packing and sending the water softener system. Aquatel provided excellent advice about installing the resin in the tank and ******** on the valve. Aquatel provides excellent generic information on the Web site relating to correctly sizing a water softener system. However, there was not much specific information relating to Clack valves on the Aquatell Web site.
