This warranty is for manufacturer's defects only. Certain control valve components, such a the main piston, seal & spacers, and the brine valve will experience wear and tear during normal usage of the softener and are not covered under the warranty.
I am cautiously optimistic that this new Tannin filter by Aqualux is the final piece in my water filtration process. We live beside a marsh, and our water is is problematic, with high levels of iron and tannins. It's now been a week since installation of the Tannin filter, and already we have seen a great improvement, if not total elimination, of the fine tannin particles that would build up in toilets, stain laundry and affect the taste of drinking water. So far, so good!
CanadaI haven’t been able to use the system yet because there was no assembly instructions or diagram and the drain hoses from the brine tank and the backwash mechanism were missing. I found a similar system at a friend’s home and copied the assembly. Just need to find 2 drain hoses to complete the assembly. Not expensive material but I thought they should be included as with my Ecowater system.
CanadaHaven’t installed it yet but it was delivered quick and properly packaged. Love your staff and engineers, very helpful and courteous. Second time dealing with “Aquatell” nice people. I would recommend by Canadian always!
