    Pretty much everything is back in stock and shipping on our typical schedule. We're seeing occasional stock-outs of some popular filter cartridges but our replenishment time is good and we often have alternates in stock. One product line that continues to be problematic is Tomlinson Faucets which we have not been able to acquire from the manufacturer for over a year.

    Most water softeners, iron filters, backwashing filters, filter cartridges, and UV systems and parts are now in stock. For filter cartridges that we're having trouble sourcing in sufficient quantities, we will often have alternatives in stock that are just as effective. The supply chain continues to show instability so stock levels are subject to change, but overall things are much better than they have been in recent months.

    The Aquatell supply chain continues operate but with revolving parts backorders and extended delivery times for some products. If you require a water softener or backwashing filtration system within two weeks of an order date, please email us in advance of your order to confirm that we can meet your deadline. Our typical ship-out time on softeners and filters for the last few months has been 4 or 5 business days, but for some products we've had backorders that have extended this beyond the two-week window.

    Softeners and Backwashing Filters that use the Fleck 5810 control valve are presently delayed. This is being caused by a parts shortage with the manufacturer. This affects the Aqualux Prosoft water softener and our backwashing carbon and chloramine filters. Orders placed for these systems are expected to ship two calendar weeks from when they are placed. This timeline is reviewed daily and any changes will be updated to this page as we learn about them.

    We're currently being affected by an industry-wide shortage of parts that are affecting our lead time on water softeners and backwashing filters. The situation is very fluid and we're receiving updates from our suppliers daily, if not hourly. As of today, orders placed for these systems are expected to ship in 2 - 3 weeks. Orders will be shipped in the order they are received, so if you need a system please get your order in early

    We're experiencing some small supply chain issues that have put our production slightly behind schedule. Timelines for shipping softeners and other systems have been delayed by a couple of days. We're hustling to get everything out the door as quickly as parts arrive. Thank you for your continued support and orders!

    Aquatell and the water treatment industry continue to be classified as essential services in Canada. Aquatell is fully operational.

    We've put measures in place to help ensure the safety of our employees, business partners, and customers, and to ensure continuity in our business operations. Here's what we're doing to try and keep everyone safe:

    • all non-warehouse personnel are working from home
    • employees with warehouse-related duties are being limited to necessary tasks only, and then working from home for everything else
    • warehouse employees are practicing physical distancing and using latex gloves
    • we've discontinued customer pickups at our distribution centres

    A note on shipping times: we had a couple of UPS shipments take an extra day to deliver earlier this week. If your UPS delivery takes a little longer than usual please don't panic. UPS has seen a huge increase in eCommerce related traffic and is doing everything they can to quickly deliver all packages while still maintaining their own Covid-19 safety protocols (distancing/disinfection). UPS Canada's Twitter Feed shows what they're doing to ensure employee and customer safety.

    We'll make sure your order gets to you - it just might take a day or two longer than usual.
