CanadaI found the ordering very easy. The filling and shipping prompt. The delivery of a quality product in good shape and prompt.
Before making this purchase, I called into ask if a 19.5" filter was available. I was told that the 20" filter is actually less than 20" long and would fit. The filters I received are 1/2" longer than I need and do not fit my unit. I would like to return these and get the proper size (if available) I will say that your procesing of the orderwas very good, but I do not have what I need despite asking the appropriate question before ordering Peter Hobbes phobbes526@gmail.com
