It's been great so far!
Had a plumber install it and he needed a part but all in all we love the product and love the water, feeling safer than before.
Overall service was great. I would recommend this product. Delivery was fast the suppliers are great people.
I purchased items online with Aquatell, and couldn't be happier. Very helpful when I called, emails answered promptly. All went very smooth, it took a bit longer than I thought but in two weeks it arrived. Everything I ordered was there, packed properly, and delivery was really good too. A company that wants your business and ensures customer satisfaction to the end.
I have installed 3 Reverse Osmosis systems, 2 from amazon and this one. So take what I am about to say with a grain of salt so to speak. First the good: Water quality is great, taste is superb. The flow rate of the water coming out is the best I have used. The tap has a neat lock open feature. Cartage removal is super simple and well thought out. Doesn't seem to produce as much backwash waste (going from the sound in the drain alone, seems like less water....) The bad: Instructions were a touch hard to follow, they were very detailed and one had to read very carefully. The system does not come with very much pex tubing to connect the system together (they could double it and you would probably use most of it), I had to run out to the store. The tap has a stiff handle that is difficult for my younger kids to operate (maybe because of the fantastic flow, more pressure harder to push?), but my biggest problem is the tap looks a little cheap and was very tough to install (Note: i'm sure the internals of the tap are better then the other ones I have installed, it feels sturdier). The tap is a little short, chromed out and trimmed in black plastic. The lower stem (the one that connects the clean water to) is also short, requiring you to hold 4 different spacers washers and nut in your hand while you reach way up behind your sink to try and put them on in the right order and thread a nut... in the other ones I installed this stem was longer and made things way easier because it was easier to see what you were doing and could use two hands. Overall the water is great, the pressure is great (no waiting for forever to fill a glass), and it seems to be using less water as advertised. When I renovate my kitchen ill get a new tap and the system will be perfect.
