The Luminor RQ-330 is a replacement quartz sleeve for the Luminor LBC4-101 and LBH5-101 UV systems. Quartz sleeves should be replaced when they are chipped, cracked or remain discoloured after cleaning.

Installed it today

I purchased the above mentioned sleeve plus the lamp to go with it. I installed them today and the installation went fine. Luminor (the manufacturer) has great videos on Youtube telling how to do them, which helped.
