High quality Jacobi catalytic granular activated carbon effectively reduces chlorine, bad tastes, and off odours dramatically improving your drinking, bathing, and cooking water quality. Ideal for municipal applications looking for overall home water improvement

The 1.5 cubic foot option is our most popular residential model. It's ideally suited for homes with 2 - 3 bathrooms and an occupancy of 2 - 5. Smaller homes or those with fewer residents can opt for the 1.0 cubic foot.

The typical lifespan of the carbon media in these systems, when used in municipal residential applications, is 3 - 6 years. This will vary primarily with water consumption and to a lesser degree with contaminant load in the water supply.

The best connector is the one that matches your home’s existing plumbing size. This minimizes the number of extra plumbing connectors you’ll need to purchase. For DIY installations, “flex” connectors and connectors with push-to-connect (PTC) fittings can save tons of time and effort. Make sure you fully understand how to measure your existing pipes to ensure you match the sizing correctly.
No, it doesn't, however, all manufacturer documentation, including the manual, should be reviewed prior to installation, which typically includes the manufacturer’s warranty details.
