The Viqua S330-QL Lamp/Sleeve Combo Kit for the Viqua Sterilight SC4 / S2Q-PA / SSM-17 / VT4 UV systems includes 1 UV Lamp (S330RL) and 1 Quartz Sleeve (QS-330). A lamp should be replaced annually and the sleeve should be replaced if they are cracked or chipped or if they remain cloudy or stained after cleaning.
