The Viqua S212-QL Lamp/Sleeve Combo Kit for the Viqua Sterilight VT1 / SQ-PA UV systems includes 1 UV Lamp (S212RL) and 1 Quartz Sleeve (QS-212). A lamp should be replaced annually and the sleeve should be replaced if they are cracked or chipped or if they remain cloudy or stained after cleaning.
