CanadaWorks well and was delivered faster then expected
CanadaAquatell Customer Service were awesome, sending replacements for the cracked filters, on two different occasions until I had my 6 and one extra to make sure I got that number. But I now have to wonder about these Matrikx filters and whether they are made of the right stuff to be sent during a Canadian winter. I assume the black plastic caps must have been getting cracked during cold shipment; maybe shrinking at a different rate than the filter proper ??
