Needs improvement - customer follow ups

Product was purchased but never shipped or lost still no clarity what happened. I followed up a week later to inquire to have a very speedily response which I was satisfied with! But absolutely no follow up! Only to get a email a few days later saying my package had shipped and it arrived a week later. So my experience was rather disappointing and I left with the feeling that my business wasn’t as important to them as it was to me to support locally. Room for improvements for sure but better than no package and no response at all. Thanks
