This warranty is for manufacturer's defects only. Certain control valve components, such a the main piston, seal & spacers, and the brine valve will experience wear and tear during normal usage of the softener and are not covered under the warranty.
The bypass valves caused problems on install and the O rings that were installed are in the incorrect size and had to be changed out for ones that better fit. The bypass valves had to be put aside during the install and to complete the install could not be used due to the problems it caused. Have only had it installed for 2 days so no real review can be made on the difference around the house.
Canada3rd party shipper broke our Water Filter and Reid with Aquatell dealt with it quickly and professionally. He was great! Highly recommended to anyone
CanadaThe install was simple and the AIO filter works perfectly to give me crystal clear water. No more annoying iron stains, odors or off taste. The filter has only been in service for one week so time will tell but I expect it should provide years of reliable service Fast delivery and GREAT SERVICE! Reid provided prompt and very knowledgeable expertise to help me select the correct filter and follow up to set up the programing.
I have installed the unit, however there were no instructions on how to set it up. I called the support number and left a message but no one returned my call.
Very good. Had a few minor issues during the installation, which I did myself. The written instructions are not too clear, at least for me. The videos helped somewhat. But it worked right the first time. It’s really not very complicated. We are on a private well, and this filter placed before the water softener does a really good job. Water is clear, odourless, and just looks good and clean. Very happy so far. Its been installed for about 10 days, so hopefully the good performance continues.
