The Viqua SHO740-QL Lamp/Sleeve Combo Kit for the Viqua Sterilight SPV-15 / SPV-740 / SP740-HO / SC-740 / SCM-740 UV systems includes 1 UV Lamp (S740RL-HO) and 1 Quartz Sleeve (QS-740). A lamp should be replaced annually and the sleeve should be replaced if they are cracked or chipped or if they remain cloudy or stained after cleaning.
