Slow response to my Inquiry !

After making several attempts to get a response to my email inquiries I was about to give up on you and had called your supplier to see whether or not you were still in business and where else I could source what I needed. You finally did respond and I made the purchase from you. For me it is irritating that your supplier, who used to sell direct, now only sells through dealers like you. That supplier is just 10 minutes from my home. When it comes to me it is shipped direct from there. You don't even need to see or handle the product but you make a commission on my purchase for essentially doing very little. This is not a situation I am happy with. These filters are quite expensive, for what they are and having an extra middle man ( you ) just makes them needlessly more costly than they could be, or perhaps should be. I only say this because, you asked me for my opinion. Peter Kellett
