We are completely satisficed with our purchase. The install went smoothly as the original softener that we removed was very similar to the new softener so installation was quick and easy. The youtube videos were a definite help with the set up. The softener itself is well made and will hopefully last almost as long as our original softener (20 years). One of the big plusses for us was that there was a separate tank to put your salt pellets in instead of the one piece units where salt dust gets into the electronics and corrodes them over time. Great company to deal with and kept us updated with when to expect delivery of the unit.
