Trust In the Internet Age
Trust is confidence in the integrity of a business partner. Traditionally it's been a local reputation, a track record of honesty, or even just a firm handshake. The world wide web has spawned uncountable destinations that will take your credit card information for the promise of a product delivered, or service provided. But how do you really know who you're dealing with? Can this business partner really be trusted? At aQuatell we've gone the extra mile to provide a safe and reputable environment that you can confirm deals honestly with its customers.
The Better Business Bureau Online Accreditation
The BBB has long been recognized as the place to go to establish the credibility of a company or charity. Since 2004 the BBB has offered an online accreditation for companies that do business on the world wide web. In order to achieve the BBBOnline accreditation a company has to prove its identity, prove that it has been in business for at least a year, and commit to adhere to the BBB code of business practices. Companies must also adhere to the BBB customer privacy policies ensuring that customer's personal information is carefully guarded and not abused. More important than all of the above, is the online report that the BBB publishes for all accredited companies. This report shows the number of complaints registered against each company. These complaints are made by customers directly to the BBB, making this report a highly reliable and independent indicator of the honesty and integrity of the company in question. The BBB reporting period is 36 months. aQuatell has an "A+" rating with the BBB. You can see our performance record here: aQuatell BBB Report
