We Ship From Canada

Aquatell is a Canadian company with headquarters in London, Ontario. We have a warehouse in Ontario and another in Alberta. Any order placed with us that is destined for Canada ships from one of our Canadian warehouses. To minimize time-in-transit we'll always try and ship from the warehouse that's closest to you.

Did you know that buying products from U.S. based websites has many hidden costs? The first thing to consider is the exchange rate. The rate you get is never the posted rate. You'll always end up paying 2 or 3 percent more than this. Also, many credit card issuers will charge an international transaction fee for U.S. dollar transactions on a Canadian credit card. This can range from about $10 up to $25. Lastly, when a U.S. shipment crosses the Canadian border a brokerage fee has to be paid by the recipient. The standard brokerage fee for UPS for example, is $35. Depending on how the U.S. shipper describes the product being shipped, you'll very likely have to pay Canadian sales tax also.
